Hakam Mohammad Marwan Qarib is a qualified engineer with over
20 years of massive experience in various projects across the GCC, especially
UAE, Qatar & KSA, Such as Oil & Gas, power plants, refineries, smelters,
hospitals, substations, Riyadh metro stations, Harbors, infrastructures,
maintenance, etc. He worked with numerous reputable companies like
ADNOC, ADCO, GASCO, ZADCO, BPROUGE 3, TAKREER, EMAL, Aramco,
Bechtel, SNC Lavalin, Worley Parsons, Outotec, etc. Besides, he is holding
international management certificates from US-PMI & UK-AXELOS.
Hakam held several managerial positions in Construction Projects, Operations,
and Maintenance, with immense experience in driving, managing, directing,
and guiding the team to achieve critical project objectives. Assertive and firm in
dealing with the EPC Contract while exercising absolute control of the work.
High professional competence and management skills are the prime requisites
to motivate the team to achieve high-quality performance on the projects.
