In 1979 and due to the absence of local catering companies, AYTB created the Properties & Services Department. Originally, the department was dedicated to serve AYTB’s own personnel. The quality of offered services soon became a benchmark for the industry. Our model proved to be successful. Our industrial clients and partners wanted to focus on their respective core businesses. AYTB’s Properties & Services department was requested to tailor solutions to their various needs. The department has currently three operating groups: facility management, accommodation and catering.
