AYTB requires qualified and experienced personnel in the following categories for their ongoing maintenance projects and other services

  PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT / MANAGER

Mechanical Engineering Degree with 8 to 10 years experience in Petrochemicals/Oil/Gas industry in MAINTENANCE. Preference shall be given to those having 3 to 4 years experience in GCC. Should possess sound Technical knowledge on maintenance practices, work order systems, budgeting & cost control, CMMS systems, Preventive/Break-down Maintenance philosophies, Shutdowns/Turnaround Maintenance. Should have, hands-on field maintenance experience on Stationary & Rotating Equipment in continuous process operation industry (Petrochemicals/Oil/Gas). He should be a Computer literate with expertise on Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge on Planning Softwares such as Primavera / MS Projects will be an added advantage. He should possess strong leadership attitude in the field of Safety. Must be able to work with multinational workforce with proven capability to direct team of Supervisors, Foremen, Planners & around 150 plus technicians/crafts. He should actively participate in personnel problem solving, handling customer complains, training & motivation of workforce under his responsibility. He should be self-driven with positive attitude & flexibility to work in any function within O&M.

  MAINTENANCE PLANNER / PLANNING ENGINEER

Engineering Degree with 8 to 10 years relevant experience in a Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil and Gas or Fertilizer industries in mechanical maintenance related activities. Excellent communication skills with, command of written and spoken English. Should be able to estimate various manpower, material & equipment requirements, cost for maintenance jobs / Shutdowns & Turnarounds. Prepare job plans / packages and schedules based on priorities to perform corrective, preventive and emergency shutdown works. Preparation of regular maintenance job lists in coordination with operations & maintenance department. Generating Daily/Weekly preventive maintenance schedules including barcharts, planning of resources like manpower, material, special tools, equipment, scaffolding, Insulation & other services. Should be able to develop complex plans, inter relations / logics for major plant outages, shutdowns etc. independently. Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering / Inspection and organize all the necessary resources & services to accomplish all the maintenance activities per plan, schedule & priority. Should be fully conversant with computerized maintenance management system in monitoring of day-to-day work orders, preventive maintenance program, collection of equipment data specifications and validating of equipment repair history for input in SAP or other similar CMMS. Should possess technical report writing skills and usage of modern planning techniques and computer softwares such as Primavera/ MS Projects/ SAP / Maximo/ CASP.

  MILLWRIGHT TECHNICIANS

Minimum 5 to 8 yrs hands-on experience in a Petrochemical / Oil / Gas industry in independently overhauling, repairs, alignment & troubleshooting of process plant equipment such as gas Pumps, Turbines, Compressors, Fin fans, Gear boxes etc. He should be fully familiar with routine, preventive & break-down maintenance jobs including bearing, mechanical seal replacements. He should be able to read simple equipment assembly drawings & cross-sectional drawings. The candidate must be able to speak, read & write in English

  SAFETY OFFICER

The Safety Officer shall be fully responsible for implementing and enforcing maintenance safety programs, policies & procedures at the assigned project. He shall promptly suggest and implement corrective measures if any violations occur. He shall monitor AYTB’s safety performance to ensure that all the personnel are cognizant of and are in compliance with Project safety and security rules and regulations. He should be fully familiar with "permit to work" system and routine maintenance activities such as confined space entry, cutting/welding/fabrication in live plant, rigging & lifting, change/replace valves / gaskets / blinds during plant operations, lock-outs/tag outs for rotating equipment repairs etc.

He will be responsible for:- Safety Training, Development of Project specific safety plans/programs, Conducting toolbox talks, safety meetings, Maintaining a surveillance program to check day to day safe working practices on site and for any hazardous plant or site conditions. Correcting unsafe practices of contractor personnel as observed, Conduct daily safety audits & equipment inspections, Conduct work permit compliance audits, Preparing reports on incidents/accidents or emergencies in the plant or on site, Investigating and reporting on causes, results and corrective actions to be taken, to avoid re-occurrences, Prepare Job Safety Analysis / Task Risk Analysis for critical activities and routine maintenance activities, Supervise housekeeping and health/hygiene/environment related activities.
