Operation & Maintenance Latest News AYTB's Kemya Project achieved 7,000,000 Safe-Man-Hours without LTI. AYTB's Kemya project team celebrated 7,000,000 Safe-Man-Hours without LTI at the Kemya Beach Camp in Jubail Industrial City. The function was attended by both Kemya and AYTB's management. 2 Million man-hours without LTA at UNITED AYTB Maintenance Team has achieved 2 Million man-hours without LTA at UNITED (Jubail United Petrochemical Company). AYTB at Sipchem: Two Million Manhours without a Lost Time Incident AYTB’s Sipchem Project has achieved Two Million Manhours without a Lost Time Incident. This has come close on the heels of the successful completion of IGC reformer shutdown where we had managed many safety critical activities under inclement weather. AYTB was awarded Letter of Intent by JESCO for a two-year Operations & Maintenance Contract, for their new Seamless Pipe Rolling Plant at Jubail. Sipchem awarded Loading Area Operations Contract to AYTB. O&M participated and safely completed four major Plant Shutdowns at Ibn Sina, Ibn Zahr, Sipchem and Saudi Chevron till date during 2010. Sabic and Hadeed awarded 3rd place to AYTB AYTB has been awarded 3rd place for its SHE performance from SABIC and Hadeed. Kemya/Sabic Project AYTB Project Team at Kemya/Sabic has hit a remarkable six million hours milestone without Lost Time Injuries in this month. A further proof that for AYTB Safety is the way of doing business. Agreement with Sharq AYTB entered in to an agreement with Sharq to provide maintenance services under the Sabic Global Contract, for their new Olefins and Utility plants. Plant Turnaround During Aug 09, AYTB has committed to participate in a major plant Turnaround at Sipchem requiring over 425 crafts with supervision, tools and site-management support. Kemya maintenance project Between April and July “09 AYTB’s Kemya maintenance project team successfully executed the complete re-tubing of two ethylene cracker furnaces. Support services Contract In March 2009, on behalf of Sipchem, Fluor awarded the pre-commissioning/commissioning support services Contract to AYTB for the Sipchem-JAC Project. Ibn Sina, Ibn Zahr and JUPC During the January to June 09 period AYTB also successfully executed shutdowns at Saudi Chevron Philips and Sabic affiliates: Ibn Sina, Ibn Zahr and JUPC. Kemya Maintenance Project Maintenance Project successfully completed revamp/re-tubing of five Furnaces at Kemya during past few months. Kemya is extremely pleased with our Safety, Quality & Schedule/Productivity standards. Maintenance Contract with Kemya/Sabic AYTB’s Plant Maintenance Contract with Kemya/Sabic was renewed for two more years until 31 Jan 2010. Safe Contractor Award United/Sabic awarded AYTB as Best Safe Contractor during 2008, for the third consecutive year. Saving Man-Hours In February 2009 AYTB’s Sipchem Maintenance Team achieved 1 Million safe man-hours without lost time injury. Award from Ibn Sina Ibn Sina awarded AYTB a plaque of appreciation for completing 3 years without lost time injury. Award from Sahara Petrochemicals Sahara Petrochemicals awarded AYTB in December 2008 a 3-year Plant Maintenance Contract. Award from Sabic AYTB was awarded recently a four years global contract from SABIC for long term shut-down and maintenance support services until 2011 as well as a five year global contract for supplementary manpower services. Five Year Maintenance Support SABIC/Ibn Sina entrusted AYTB for a five year maintenance support service until 2012. Renewval Contract with SIPCHEM SIPCHEM renewed its mechanical support services contract with AYTB for one more year. Renewval Contract with Multiserv Multiserv extended its contract with us for its slag handling operations at Hadeed for two more years. AYTB Kemya in-house team AYTB Kemya in-house team completed successfully re-tubing/revamp of three ethylene furnaces; two more are underway. AYTB O&M Kemya Maintenance Project AYTB O&M Kemya Maintenance Project successfully completed the retubing of seven ethylene cracking furnaces well ahead of schedule, with no rework and no safety incidents. New Contract from IBN RUSHD IBN RUSHD awards a contract to AYTB Metal Fabrication LLC for the repair activities in Aromatics plant. |
