Manpower Resources Group (MRG)
The Manpower Resources Group is responsible for planning & Scheduling all manpower requirements for the various projects awarded. Key staff and staff are identified and deployed from our existing manpower pool. Manpower shortages are identified periodically and such information is provided to the Recruitment Section to be sourced and hired from overseas to cover for these shortages.
