The HR Department plays a very vital function in sourcing manpower, particularly from overseas markets to meet the manpower requirement programs of the various divisions of the company. The department prides itself of complying with three extremely important tasks: Identifying the manpower need (trade and number), recruiting the same and ensuring that their capabilities are developed.

Through  planned recruitment campaigns, the department identifies and sources suitable candidates for employment on a long term basis from various countries such as the US,UK, RSA, India, Philippines, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and other countries.

Manpower Training
The Center for Excellence established by the company over the years serves as the venue for several need based training programs that are imparted to employees to enhance their skills in their craft or in order to learn a new skill, thus providing the opportunity to be a multi-skilled craftsman.

Further in complying with the government regulations of Saudization, AYTB consistently maintains in its employ more than the minimum number of Saudi nationals in various capacities and crafts.  As part of AYTB’s Saudi Development Program, several training programs are conducted annually in co-ordination with HRDF to train Saudi nationals in various skills. Training is provided at Aramco facilities, Center for Excellence and other institutes as needed, thereby contributing to the growth of the Government’s National Employment Program.
