AYTB realizes the importance of its human resources – truly its greatest asset – and the high priority to train and develop the Saudi national workforce to meet the technical requirements of the industries in which AYTB is engaged. 

To meet the challenge of Saudization, AYTB is working closely with local industrial colleges, training centers and its clients to identify, train and bring qualified, skilled Saudi nationals into AYTB’s multi-skilled workforce.  In addition, to supplement or augment the local training programs, AYTB has conducted specific craft training for Saudi nationals through its own “Center for Excellence” training facility, and has graduated certified pipefitters and welders.

AYTB is totally committed to the training and integration of Saudi nationals into all aspects of its businesses.  Developing the national workforce is, and will continue to be, an integral part of AYTB’s operations

AYTB has graduated a number of Saudi pipefitters and welders through an accredited standardized craft training program of the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), USA, affiliated to University of Florida. The training was carried out at AYTB's "Center for Excellence".
