AYTB O&M’s Supplementary Manpower Division (SMP) was originally established in 1985.  It’s purpose is to provide non-technical personnel and professionals to support clients’ short and long term manpower needs in the areas of management, administration, operations, secretarial/clerical and some specialty trades such as safety personnel and firemen. 

SMP personnel are assigned directly into a client’s organization and perform their duties under the direct supervision and control of the client.  The SMP Project Manager administers these AYTB employees and maintains close liaison/relations with the client.
