LIST OF MAINTENANCE PROJECTS :
KEMYA Maintenance Project
Since February 2000, AYTB has been closely associated with Jubail Petrochemical Company (KEMYA) in providing Maintenance services to the Olefins, LDPE and LLDPE plants. AYTB’s peak workload included manpower in excess of 500 for Commissioning and Start-up assistance and the subsequent execution of modification Projects, Sub-contracting & Purchasing assistance. Current Scope of Work includes highly skilled Maintenance Technicians, Planners, Supervision & various Crafts. In Addition AYTB is responsible for providing Equipment, Tools, Special Safety Equipment, on-site Fabrication Shop & Facilities, Material Storage Facilities & miscellaneous Infrastructure. Current average on-site Manpower is around 150 nos. AYTB baseload Maintenance organization includes all the necessary resources for in-house repairs of Ethylene Cracking Furnace. In early 2004 AYTB successfully & safely executed Kemya’s Cracking Furnaces Retubing Project (total 7 Furnaces) in record time per world standards. The AYTB LDPE Maintenance crew includes highly skilled & specially trained High-Pressure-Joints Technicians. AYTB has successfully completed multiple unit Shutdowns including two major Turnarounds in Olefins October 2002 & for LDPE/LLDPE February 2005. To date, on this Maintenance Contract AYTB has achieved 6 years and 4 million Manhours without LTA.
UNITED Maintenance Project
Since December 2003, AYTB has been providing maintenance support services to Jubail United Petrochemical Company (United) that has Ethylene, Ethylene Glycol & LAO Plants. The peak manpower including 130 nos. of skilled mechanical, electrical, instrumentation craftsmen, supervision & inspection personnel. Currently AYTB is supporting Commissioning activities of Ethylene Glycol II and LAO plants.
SIPCHEM Maintenance Project
In June 2004, AYTB was awarded a Maintenance Support Services Contract by Saudi International Petrochemical Company (SIPChem), for their 1 MMTPA Methanol plant and for the 75KTPA Butanediol plant. AYTB has provided initial pre-commissioning & commissioning support followed by maintenance services Contact with 50 plus skilled Crafts, Supervision & Planning personnel embedded into SIPChem Maintenance Organization.
IBN SINA Maintenance Project
Following its Construction & Commissioning activities in 1984, AYTB has been the Main Contractor for Methanol & MTBE Plants at IBN SINA for the past 22 years. The baseload manpower consists of 50 personnel. At IBN SINA, AYTB has successfully completed numerous Turnarounds of MeOH and MTBE Plants. This project has recently achieved 2 Million Man-hours without LTA.
SCP Maintenance Project
AYTB has been associated with Saudi Chevron Phillips (SCP) since early 1998 for initial commissioning and startup assistance followed-up with Mechanical Maintenance Contract. AYTB has successfully completed three major plant shutdowns requiring 400 plus crafts & supervision.
HADEED Maintenance Project
AYTB has been a specialized & Ad Hoc services provider for Hadeed since the 1980’s. AYTB has an average of 70 plus skilled workforce of Heavy Steal Fabricators, Welders, Instrument Technicians, Electricians etc. AYTB has successfully completed hundreds of minor plant emergency shutdowns & minor plant modification works.
In addition, AYTB has been providing various mechanical maintenance services to Multiserv and MINTEQ at Hadeed Plant.
At Hadeed Project AYTB has recently completed 3 Million Manhours without LTA.
AR RAZI
Since 1998, AYTB has been providing mechanical maintenance services to Saudi Methanol Company (Ar RAZI). At Ar Razi AYTB has average of 25 skilled Maintenance Technicians include mechanical, E&I and Planning. At Ar Razi Plant AYTB has participated in several Emergency & Plannned Shutdowns.
