(MISA) is a Joint Venture between Al-Yusr Townsend and Bottum Co Ltd., (AYTB), Maritime Industrial Services of U.A.E. and Al Shoaibi Contracting Establishment. MIS Arabia Co Ltd. facilities encompasses a space of approximately 85,000 square meters, including administration building, covered shop and fabrication open area and storage. The 4000 square meter covered workshop is equipped with 5 overhead cranes capable to handle 40 tons.

The facilities are used primarily for:

Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Columns, Flare Towers, Heat Exchangers, Process Skid Modules, Engineered Equipment, Process Systems for marine vessels and marine terminal and Drilling Rigs components and accessories.

MIS Arabia Project News:

TECHNIP - Italy has awarded MISA to design, supply and fabricate 11 SS Vessels and 9 CS Vessels for Acetic Acid - IBN RUSHD. The Vessels will be completed by the end of April 2003. MIS Sharjah Engineering has completed the Engineering and Procurement phase. Main steel materials are being shipped from Europe directly to Dammam Port and due to arrive by the first week of January 2003.

LINDE - Germany has awarded 2 each Molecular Sieve Absorber and 1 each Direct Contact Air Cooler for GAS, a SABIC affiliate. The Vessels weight is estimated to be approx. 300 Ton and will be delivered to GAS by September, 2003.

TECHNIP KTI has awarded MISA two Projects. 1) Qatif Berri Gast Plant - 2 each of Thermal Oxiders 2) Riyadh Sulfur Recovery Plant - Reaction Furnace Waste Heat Boiler, combustion Chamber and Steam Drum. a total of 6 Vessels.
