Jubail United Petrochemical Company (UNITED)

Glycol Transfer and Storage Expansion Project

Engineering, procurement and construction on (LSTK basis including civil, mechanical, E&I, Insulation, etc) of New MEG pipeline from United Fence to Royal Commission LI-54; New MEG pipeline from LI-54 to UNITED’s existing MEG tanks at Berth 44; New DEG & TEG tanks with support infrastructure and Tie-ins to existing DEG & TEG shipping grids inside KFIP chemical berth.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries

Supply of Pre-Fabricated Piping (SUS316L) and appurtenances for Rabigh IWSPP

Fabrication and delivery of Pre-Fabricated Stainless Steel Piping Spools and appurtenances in accordance with the specification provided by Mitsubishi. Scope of work includes material management, fabrication, testing, inspection, packing and transportation to job site at Rabigh.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries

Supply of Pre-Fabricated Piping (SUS304) and appurtenances for Rabigh IWSPP

Fabrication and delivery of approx. 2000 Tons Pre-Fabricated Piping Spools and appurtenances in accordance with the specification provided by Mitsubishi. Scope of work includes material management, fabrication, testing, inspection, packing and transportation to job site at Rabigh.

RECENTLY COMPLETED PROJECTS

POWER & WATER UTILITY CO. FOR JUBAIL AND YANBU (MARAFIQ)

MRAFIQ Yanbu Power Plant is located at Madinat Yanbu Sinaiyah. AYTB is for the engineering, procurement and construction project (EPC). The project include modification of existing pipelines, installing new pipelines, knockout vessels, filtration units, flow measurement devises. LEL detectors, calorific value monitor, instrumentation work, electrical and civil work, pre-commissioning and commissioning. The objective is to convert the plant supply and distribution system from ethane to Sales Gas.

POWER & WATER UTILITY CO. FOR JUBAIL AND YANBU (MARAFIQ)

Ultrasonic Flow Meter Project – Engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning for the installation of Ultrasonic flow meter at NGL, Samref and Yanpet site.

KRAFTANLAGEN MUNCHEN GMBH (SIEMENS-SAUDI PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY)

Jubail Co-generation Plant – Pipe work contract including fabrication, coating, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning assistance of underground and above ground piping systems. Procurement of shortage piping materials, structural steel materials for pipe supports, fabrication, coating and installation of associated pipe supports and miscellaneous steel structure.

SAUDI PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY (SADAF SALT PLANT)

SADAF Salt Plant Structure Rehabilitation Project, Phase 1 – Repair concrete foundations of existing steel structures, Engineering, procurement and installation of five (5) Salt Conveyors. Demolition and replacement of five (5) existing Salt conveyors. Engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation of replacement structural steel members, and piping, electrical & instrumentation works.

EASTERN PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY (SHARQ)

DEG & TEG lines from SHARQ Plant to UNITED – Fabrication, installation of pipe spools and pipe supports for metering stations and underground DEG & TEG pipelines from UNITED/Royal Commissioning pipe corridor up to SHARQ complex. Installation of Coriolis Flow Meters at DEG & TEG common product lines, including process connections, associated cabling, conduits, wiring terminations, field calibration, testing and commissioning. Civil works includes Manual excavation / trenching.

ARAMCO BERRI GAS PLANT

AYTB was involved in the Berri Gas Plant Ethylene Recovery Project. Work included fabrication of Carbon and Stainless Steel Pipe Spools with diameters ranging from 2" to 42" for Saudi Aramco Berri Gas Plant.

VCM FURNACE PROJECT

AYTB was responsible for the VCM Furnace Rebuild project for the National Plastic Company (IBN HAYYAN). Scope of work included dismantling existing furnace, Fabication of structural steel, radiant casing, convection section, installation of platform, ladders, radiant tubes, burner pipings, and related utility pipings, electrical and equipment instrumentation. Perform X-ray and NDT. Transport furnace module from AYTB yard and set in to its permanent foundation at Ibn Hayyan, site erection and stack, stack platform, final painting, testing and commissioning.

EDC PYROLYSIS FURNACE

AYTB successfully completed the assembly of a 400 ton Furance for National Plastic Company (IBN HAYYAN). The scope of work included Modularization of the 400 ton EDC Pyrolysis Furnace at AYTB Yard. Modularization included Fabication of structural steel, radiant casing, convection section, installation of platform, ladders, radiant tubes, burner pipings, and related utility pipings, electrical and equipment instrumentation. Perform X-ray and NDT. Transport furnace module from AYTB yard and set in to its permanent foundation at Ibn Hayyan, site erection and stack, stack platform, final painting, testing and commissioning.

ETHANE CRACKING FURNACE RETUBING

AYTB have completed full retubing of three Ethane Cracking Furnaces for Arabian Petrochemical Company (PETROKEMYA). The work included dismantling of the existing furnace tubes including system blinding and de-blinding, fabrication of radiant tubes, transportation, installation of furnaces tube sub-assemblies, testing and commissioning.

RADIANT TUBES

AYTB have completed several projects for Saudi Petrochemical Company (SADAF) for the fabrication of radiant tubes for Furnaces including testing and commissioning.

IBN RUSHD MAINTENANCE PROJECT

Since 2000 AYTB has been responsible for providing mechanical, instrumentation & electrical services to IBN RUSHD in Yanbu. AYTB also has a Shutdown / Turnaround Contract and has completed numerous turnarounds & emergency shutdowns.
