PROJECT MANAGEMENT :

AYTB Corporate Office has a Project Management Team (PMT) in order to review the entire scope of work and prepare required drawings, QA/QC procedures, safety plan, test plan, execution plan, construction plan, project schedule, resources (equipment, material and manpower) mobilization schedules, etc. prior to start of Construction Project. This team’s responsibility includes but not limited to:-

Coordinate and provide support respective Construction Manager(s) during the execution of construction project (s).

Review / analyze project schedule and make sure it is with in the planned schedule

Design / modify drawings, if required

Coordinate with subcontractors, monitor their performance, etc.

Raising material requisition to procurement for the require material

Cost control
