AYTB offers a wide range of “Plant Services” for expansion, Maintenance, upgradation, Refurbishment, etc. We are maintaining a pool of highly qualified professional staff and skilled craftsmen to support the above services for petrochemical, power, desalination, refining and oil & gas plants. AYTB has been supporting SABIC and its affiliates, ARAMCO, MARQFIQ, Saudi Chevron Philips and other Chemical, Petrochemical companies operating in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the Operations, Maintenance, Engineering Services, Furnace Re-tubing, refurbishment, modification and we undertake lump sum turn key projects and shutdowns.

Ethane Cracking Furnace Retubing: AYTB has completed the full retubing of the Ethylene Cracking Furnaces for Arabian Petrochemical Company (PETROKEMYA) and the Saudi Petrochemical Company (SADAF) for the last 10 years. The work included dismantling of the existing furnace tubes including system blinding and de-blinding, fabrication of radiant tubes, transportation, installation of furnaces tube sub-assemblies, testing and commissioning.

Non Destructive Testing: AYTB performs the following NDE using Certified ASNT personnel:

MPI, DP, PMI (using the PMI Master as manufactured by Worldwide Analytical Systems AG)
