Amr Mustafa Ben Halim is the Managing Director of the AYTB Company.

Amr Ben Halim has played a leading role in the aggressive expansion of the AYTB since he founded the company in 1979. Prior to 1979 he served as a Member of the Technical Department, Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu in Riyadh. Today, the AYTB consist of 7 operating entities with a peak manpower of over 4000.

Amr Ben Halim graduated from the University of Wales, U.K. with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, an M.S. in Construction Management and an M.B.A. from Stanford University, California, U.S.A.

Besides being a member of several professional organizations, Amr Ben Halim is also the Managing Director of Al Yusr Company and its other related entities and Chairman of MIS Arabia Co Ltd

Omar Nasserreddin is the President of the AYTB Company. Prior to taking over as President in January 2006, he was the Vice President of Treasury & Finance of the AYTB Company.

Omar Nasserreddin has more than 35 years of experience in Treasury, Finance and Administration in the Construction Industry in the Middle East.

Omar Nasserreddin graduated from the Arab University, Beirut with a B.A. degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma and a Post Graduate Certificate in Finance from the Sheffield Hallam University, U.K.
