Omar J. Ghalayini is an international engineering management executive with over 25 years experience in all facets of process plants design, engineering, fabrication and construction with focus on gas processing, petroleum refining and petrochemical manufacturing. Mr. Ghalayini held leading positions on major capital projects including hydrogen production and purification plants, air separation plants, gas oil separation plants and crude gathering and treatment installations.

Mr. Ghalayini’s work experience covers North America, Europe, Middle East, Indian subcontinent and China including 15 years with Linde (Lotepro Corporation) as Director, and over 5 years with Howe-Baker Engineers, Inc. as Vice President. Prior to joining AYTB, Mr. Ghalayini founded and led Projexx Consulting International, Inc. an independent project development and technology commercialization group
